Party Chief - Land Survey
Location: Sacramento, CA
Discipline: Land Survey
Type (Remote, Hybrid, In-person): In-Person
Salary Range: $85,000- 95,000
Company Size: 30 - 100 Employees

Responsibilities:
- Utilize GPS units to conduct residential land development projects
- prepares field notes and drawings; performs field surveying for roadway, bridges, and flood control projects,
- Operate survey equipment
- Control survey projects, evaluate pre-survey plans
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Ability to operate GPS units, all equipment will be provided by client
- Proficient in all aspects of survey procedures, principals and methods
- Proficient in cartography, architectural design principles and basic site planning
- 4 years of field survey experience
Nice-To-Have:
- Land survey experience with in land development
