This is a remote position.

The Customer Support Associate role is responsible for the first line of support for responding to incoming calls from customers to answer questions and inquiries they might have throughout the car selling or buying process. The Customer Support Associate is responsible for directly interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to troubleshoot problems, provide information as requested, and handle complaints. This role is expected to follow up with customers after they've had an issue with their transaction and resolve issues in a timely matter. The Customer Support Associate is assigned a queue of open unresolved cases which include handling returns, vehicle issues, processing refunds, general inquiries, etc. If a Customer Support Associate is unable to resolve a case, they are expected to escalate it to the Customer Support Team Lead.




What to Expect


  • Interact with EasyACCT customers (mid-sized accounting firms) to provide premium service to these high value customers via phone, assisting with tech support, payroll support, and general efiling support questions.
  • Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is a plus.

  • Provide quality customer service while demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve inquires related to software installation, reinstallation, entry, and other software support matters
  • Provide caring, empathetic customer interactions that positively represent the Intuit ProSeries brand


Requirements


  • A USB head set with phone quality audio will be required, examples include:Logitech h390 USB headset & Plantronics
  • Model C320
  • I5 Processor (or AMD equivalent) required (i7 processor preferred)
  • 4GB memory required, 8GB memory preferred
  • Windows 8.1 64-bit or Windows 10 64-bit
