The Opportunity
The role is a senior level programme manager job that is looking at theERP systemused by their finance programme.
Alongside the JD they need someone who has the following specific skills
Experience of ERP implementations (preferably in HE), System Development Lifecycle Standards, Programmes with complex integrations.
We are recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Programme Managers to join the vibrant and inclusive team on their finance programme looking at their current ERP.
You will lead on the management, set up and delivery of project and programme management processes for key initiatives and short-term projects, working with colleagues to facilitate transformational change in the delivery of the strategic plan. The role involves management of a number of Project Managers working on distinct initiatives across the portfolio.
The initiatives by their nature may well be complex, involving significant people, process and technology changes. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to demonstrate the value of utilising methodologies, without allowing programme and project management to become the project, will be key to keeping stakeholders engaged and the team adequately supported.
You ll have significant experience of applying best practice project, programme and change management methodologies across the full lifecycle whilst leading a team of Project Managers and other PMO professionals working on separate initiatives. You will be supporting their development through coaching, mentoring and management of objectives.

- Someone who can take complex technical challenges and support with board and to present at board.
- Managing the project managers (roll sleeves up when needed)
- Someone who can pull together credible level workplace for plan.
