We require the Senior Staff Accountant to be an excellent communicator, be the office leader in Excel, tax and accounting software and possess a strong client service focus with an ability to be client facing. You must possess a working knowledge of Canadian taxation and GAAP.

Competencies
Strong working knowledge of Canadian GAAP.
Full-cycle Canadian accounting experience
Advanced computer skills:Modeling using Microsoft Excel (MACROS) and MS Outlook, VBA is an asset.
Experienced with accounting and tax software applications:Tax Prep (T1, T2, T3), Caseview, Quickbooks, Quicken and Write-up.
Proven ability to analyze problems and prepare effective written and oral reports; communicate clearly and concisely with clients;Self-starter and team player, able to work independently and collaboratively with various teams in a deadline-focused environment
Education and Experience
CPA designation
Remuneration
$75,000-$85,000 + 10% bonus, total compensation: $82,500 to $93,500
