Creative Technology Ireland are seeking to recruit a Support Engineer. This role is designed to providetechnical support to all customers of CT Ireland as determined by the support service desk by logging and responding to tickets using the Enterpryze ticket system. You willwork with the Design, Install and Sales Teams on system designs, providing product advise or peer reviews and provide on call support to Broadcast clients.
Depending on the role, tasks may also include:Designing and installing audio and visual circuits, hardware and software, and broadcast systems,establishing audio and visual links between different units or for outside broadcasts and servicing and testing equipment.
Quality Management System
- Comply with Company s Quality Management System requirements i.e., perform your work according to your process documents, procedures and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.
- Understand and apply our quality policy statements in all aspects of your work.
- Contribute towards achieving company objectives
- Ensure that the needs and requirements of company s internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.
- Help develop and improve the company s internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates, and improvement ideas.

Requirements
Education:
We are looking for an individual with aAudio-visual/Broadcast or IT 3rd level qualification, anElectrical Engineering 3rd level qualification and aAVIXA qualifications (CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D)
Experience:
The successful candidate should have experience providing Audio-visual support, broadcast support experience,AV Hardware operation
Basic Programming knowledge preferred as well as Troubleshooting experience,Installation knowledge,Electronic engineering would be beneficial.
Licenses/Certificates:
- Safe Pass
- Working from heights
- Manual Handling
- IT Networking and infrastructure
The successful candidate will also receive Manufacturer certificates in the role.
