Job Description

- Monitoring tools administration, support and maintenance
- Ensure day-to-day operations of the monitoring and reporting infrastructure, identifying any need for preventive or remedial maintenance such as fine-tuning and capacity planning.
- Being responsible for setting up and managing a centralized end-to-end monitoring and event management framework for network and IT infrastructure
- PRTG administration, support and maintenance
- Monitoring Windows, SaaS, Linux solutions hosted on-prem, in Azure or AWS
- Defining and configuration of the threshold for alerts and warnings
- Troubleshooting and resolving tickets raised by the Monitoring tool
- Create/Maintain and Enhance Team Processes and Documentation.
- Support ticket resolution
- Perform root cause analysis of critical outages and incidents
- Effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues.
