About Company: Our client is the subsidiary of a conglomerate that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of Alcoholic drinks, Beverages, Liquors, Wine and Spirit products.

The Company is seeking to hire a skilled Boiler Operator who will be responsible for creating high-quality steam that impacts the taste of the spirit and are commonly used to sanitize and sterilize distilling equipment.

The ideal candidate is expected to have extensive knowledge of industrial equipment, the ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate high-level problem-solving skills. An outstanding mechanical engineer should be able to service, troubleshoot, and repair equipment without causing extended equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining low-pressure boilers, high-pressure boilers, power boilers, steam boilers or hot water heating systems.
  
• Monitoring boiler system to ensure it is operating safely and properly.
  
• Replacing deflective valves, filters and or steam gauges.
  
• Facilitating periodic boiler cleaning.
  
• Working with a variety of technicians.
  
• Operating automatically fired boilers to generate steam that supplies heat for the spirits production process and safely maintain the main header pressure.
  
• Maintaining a normal operating water level.
  
• Observing pressure, temperature, feed water regulators and burners.
  
• Testing and treating boiler feed water, using chemical testing kits and oxygen scavengers.
  
• Maintaining a boiler room log, recorded meter and gauge data readings, such as water test results and quantity of fuel consumed.
