Job Description

An international super-fast growing tech company and we are revolutionising hoteliers around the globe have an amazingjobopportunity for aDutch speaking Customer Support Consultantto join their team inCape Town, South Africa. You will be responsible for ensuring that their clients are using this product with absolute happiness!

Your keyjobresponsibilities as theDutch speakingCustomer Support ConsultantinCape Town, South Africawill include:

  • Training hoteliers in using the product to their best advantage on all possible touch points
  • Proactively calling hoteliers to convince them of the added value of our additional paid features
  • Fun & productive collaboration with their other teams, specifically your English teammates
  • Creating video & written content to teach their hoteliers in all possible topics so they can use the product in the most self-sufficient way

Requirements for thisDutch speaking Customer Support Consultant jobinCape Town, South Africa:

  • SpeaksDutchon a native level and able to communicate in English
  • Permanent residence permit or South African ID holders only
  • Hotel (front-desk/reservations) experience
  • Patient and empathetic towards others, but naturally able to lead a conversation, deal with emotions and not afraid to upsell
  • Motivated working in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong prioritisation abilities
  • Drive to revolutionise hoteliers worldwide
  • Self-motivated & ability to deliver under pressure
  • Team-player
  • Organised and great eye for detail
  • Affection for both international business & tech
