PAYROLL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure that earnings, deductions, and other aspects of salaries are streamlined and aligned with T&A.
  • End to end management of both systems and ensure that they integrate at full capacity to eliminate any manual intervention.
  • Ensure that all information is live and accurate at all times, e.g., shift patterns, pay on both systems.
  • Process end to end employee payroll life cycle from take on to termination.
  • Ensure validation of all payments prior to finalising salaries to be uploaded into the bank.
  • Ensure proactive validation and preparation of all payrolls within the group by checking supplied payroll datain an automated and flexible manner and notifying relevant constituencies of issues prior to the pay run.
