Designer Specific:
- Experience in interaction and interface design for enterprise software
- Delivering business value through design (ability to quantify)
- Experience in responsive design (eq. desktop and tablet versions)
- Experience In improving accessibility (eq. typography and keyboard navigability)
- Experience in creating and maintaining design system & standards
- Experience building and managing mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design to users, business, developers and other stakeholders
- Experience in validating designs usability heuristics and standards, conduct usability testing
- Experience in working in an Agile environment (Scrum)
- Working with the business and users to understand goals
- Performing Contextual / Ethnographic Interviews
- Work with BA to decompose designs into stories
- Work with QA to define and apply UX defect severity standards
- Experience in using Figma
- Experience in writing help texts (nice to have)
