Monitor and respond to immigration inquiries in a timely manner
Routinely update databases and reports, including third party immigration portal
Handle mandatory compliance posting notices for non-immigrant, immigrant visa and PERM cases
Prepare Requests for Evidence for immigration cases
Serve as the I-9 re-verification SME in partnership with People Services
Own the communications with employees, candidates, recruiters and managers regarding their immigration process
Stay up to date, track and share immigration alerts, policy/regulatory changes, and new development, as necessary
Other ad hoc tasks relevant to the role
Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or Business-related field; or equivalent experience 3-5 years experience managing US, Canada and global mobility cases Extensive experience in supporting H-1B cap lottery, transfers, and green card processes Experience liaising with internal and external legal counsel and vendors on immigration matters Ability to demonstrate a high degree of tact, discretion and sound business judgment and to represent the organization in a positive manner at all times Strong oral and written English communication skills Strong quantitative skills; along with experience using Excel and PowerPoint Experience with different HR or case management technologies Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy
