PGLS is a growing language services company. We are expanding our team and looking to add one more Project Coordinator to the team.
We are looking for a project manager who is fluent in either Arabic or Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Help Manage the entire life cycle of multiple translation projects in a fast-paced environment
Coordinate all the project phases and efficiently predict the lifespan of all the stages of the project
Perform quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy
Provide guidance and support to a team of administrators and proofreaders
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract vendors, handle queries
Review submitted invoices to ensure accuracy
Make scheduling recommendations based on trends and loads
Maintain records, database, and follow naming conventions
Requirements
Requirements for the project coordinator role include but are not limited to:
Fluency in Arabic and/or Spanish is a requirement.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills,
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment
Ability to pay very close attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
High level of reliability, productivity, and professionalism
PC literacy, able to use MS Office and other job-specific software
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Experience in translation and localization project management would be a strong advantage
Ability to acquire and maintain a Public Trust clearance (Must be a US citizen). PGLS pays for all costs to obtain and maintain the clearance.
