EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

• Senior leadership training
  
• CIS operational and/or planning experience in a National or International HQ at divisional level or above
  
• Experience in:
  Identifying and resolving complex problems and assignments, able to determine when problems should be escalated to a higher level
  Team management and staff work
  
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
  
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT
  
  DUTIES/ROLE:
  
• Advise, assist and support the ITOM in all matters related to the daily operation of the integrated Enterprise Service Operations Centre (ESOC)
  
• Advise, assist and support the ESOC in all matters involving NATO CIS operations as it applies to military operations, peacekeeping operations and support to operations other than war
  
• Support ITOM in managing the operational responsibilities of the NCI Agency ESOC and in particular the overall management of Major Incidents and High/Critical Incidents which with high visibility
  
• Work closely with the Service Delivery Managers to ensure the customer is provided with a seamless Operation and maintenance support capability
  
• Manage and develop strategic partnerships with third party suppliers and other external and internal stakeholders
  
• Ensure quality, up-to-date documentation for all operational ESOC functions and procedures
  
• Strive to achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriately to customer feedback in areas for improvement
  
• Represent the ESOC at IT Operations high level meetings, internal with NCIA entities and external with the customer
