EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

• Vocational training at a higher level in a relevant discipline, or equivalent, or Diploma of a secondary education
  
• 5+ years extensive and progressive expertise in the duties related to the function of the post
  
• Sound knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft office automation packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access or other database application)
  
• Proven SharePoint Site Owner experience and/or training
  
• Prior experience with JFC Brunssum admin Process would be an asset
  
  DUTIES/ROLE:
  
• Responsible for the accomplishment of proper in-processing, out processing, leave/CTO requests of all Brunssum Ops Centre personnel, in accordance with SLs, JFCBS, and national SOPs
  
• Maintain all personnel admin and training files
  
• Identify expiration of personnels clearances and request updates if needed
  
• Responsible for processing IDR requests from the military delegations thru the Brunssum ESOC chief
  
• Maintain Brunssum ESOC personnel POCs updated in database
  
• Responsible for the production of official correspondence from the office of the Brunssum ESOC chief
  
• BSG liaison for the ESOC; JFCBS J1 and J8 liaison
