Job Description
- Constant need for MS office skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
- Oversee updates, edits, and revisions of existing curriculum development of new trainings
- Plan the monthly course offering schedule with the Workshop Coordinator
- Directly manage all Workshop Instructors who teach the curriculum
- Hire and train new instructors and ensure consistency across the curriculum delivery
- Assist with the General Workshop Training Course, approve student quizzes, and introduce new users to the space
- Assist with the Shoparone 101 Training course, conducting the workshop walk-through for each session and update the curriculum as needed
- Plan and execute larger shop oriented projects to improve shop usability, including custom fabrication projects, spec’ing new equipment
- Trend equipment failures and determine ways to improve overall operations
- Coordinate projects across multiple functional areas
