Job Description

- Reviewing pressure and flow data and providing analysis and key statistics for reporting and operational activities
- Reviewing water quality data and providing analysis and key statistics for reporting and operational activities
- Review and analysis of customer meter consumption volumes and usage patterns
- Reviewing pumping regimes and pump performance
- Review and report on performance of contractors KPIs e.g. repair teams
- Provision of data analysis for reports for wider O&M team
- Production of regular NRW, leakage and water balance calculations
- Review regular survey data for anomalies and quality control
- Report on asset sensor failures to relevant departments and monitor the maintenance of sensors
- Review database of key monitoring assets ensuring calibration and verification is carried out regularly
