Data Analyst Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Searching for and obtaining property related variables on public domains.
  
• Cleaning the dataset and maintaining the database of property-related variables.
  
• Constructing dashboards on the raw / derived datasets.
  
• Enhance existing dashboards to give better insights on the various levers of the business
  
• Performing statistical analysis on these variables.
  
• Contribute towards researching and writing articles on real estate technology
  
• Add on to the digital marketing efforts of the firm SEO (keyword analysis, adding content, adding backlinks) - and SMM (execution of the strategy).

• Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills along with the ability to use discretion and good judgment.
  
• Relevant professional/industry experience would be an added advantage.
