Master Your Money Now is seeking the services of a Social Media and Content Manager (Copywriter/Ghostwriter) to join our team in 2023. If you have a passion for helping primarily millennial clients develop their financial literacy and promote the value of financial advice we would want to hear from you.

This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who is looking to obtain valuable experience in online marketing and content generation. While support will be provided, you will be required to be self driven and solution orientated to ensure business outcomes are met.

Working closely with the founder of Master Your Money Now, we are looking for someone who has a unique ability to create written content across a variety of formats. Not only will you need to create first class content, you will need to have the ability to distribute this content across multiple online platforms including social media. You will need to find a balance between of being creative and fresh but also outperforming key business indicators.

The ultimate objective is to build an online presence and ecosystem which will enable us to help more people both through the provision of personal financial advice, paid courses and free financial edutainment .

You will be responsible for the following:

• Writing regular blog posts (2-3 per week minimum) based on content provided by either the director or our social media team
  
• Writing regular emails (2-3 per week minimum) for our internal and external client base
  
• Caption creation for social media
  
• Review of social media content
  
• Online event creation
  
• Funnel building (copywriting)
  
• Email campaigns for funnels via Active Campaign
  
• Research into industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  
• Identify opportunities to promote brand i.e. awards, interviews etc.
  
• Define most important social media KPIs
  
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  
• Future opportunity: Develop and launch video courses and further brands
  
• Future opportunity: Develop and launch e-Books
  
• Promote the crap out of everything!

Requirements

We are seeking someone who:

• Has the skill set to develop and distribute content in multiple online formats and platforms
  
• Has excellent written skills in both a formal setting and a copywriting/sales setting
  
• Can analyse information and data to identify opportunities to increase reach and help more people
  
• Can build relationships with our online community and other stakeholders
  
• Must be available within Australian hours (Melbourne)
  

Our ideal person will be:

• Minimum of 2-4 years copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work
  
• Exceptional command of the English language, especially the rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar, writing and research skills
  
• Excellent storytelling skills
  
• Self motivated with a desire to beat expectations
  
• First class written skills
  
• Creative and ability to think outside the box
  
• Deep understanding of social media and online platforms
  
• Strong rapport skills with both clients and stakeholders
  
• Able to work independently and multi-task, but also part of a team

• Takes their work seriously but not themselves
  
• Bachelor s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or related discipline would be highly regarded
  
• SEO experience highly regarded

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php30,000

2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1^st and 16^th of each month

3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation

• 10 days annual leave credits
