The company euRHasi recruits for its client, aHead of Career and Corporate Services.
Our client is in one of the top Business School in Europe.

The role reports to International Programs Director and works closely with th Operations, Admissions, and relates with support services.
MSc and BA Career Services, Consulting, International Business Development, Talent Management, Strategic Partnership or Recruitment profiles of interest.

We are looking for a leader who can bring our Career Services to the next level by leveraging digitalization, globalization and student-centricity. Specific responsibilities include: Strategy and implementation Design and implement a comprehensive global employability strategy to deliver outstanding student experience, achieve career development and employment goals, and build lasting corporate alliances Ensure that all Careers & Corporate activities meet targets in terms of budget, quality, employment, and rankings in line with business objectives and business school strategy. Develop top priority global markets for MSc and MBA employment, strategic corporate partnerships, leadership conferences and learning expeditions.

Advise on the MSC and MBA employment market and evolution of key skills for leaders and entrepreneurs by keeping abreast of industry and economic trends and developments. Setting interventions of industry s experts up (once or twice a year) in addition to a continuous monitoring shared with students. Management and communication oversee the MSc and MBA participants end-to-end career experience and maintain a vibrant network of alumni and corporate contributors. Manage and develop a team of 10 external coaches.

Personally provide counsel and advising for selected MSc and MBA students. Build strong and lasting professional relationships with current MSc and MBA students and alumni. Develop channels of student experience feedback and track quality and career satisfaction levels. Produce and present annual reports on careers and corporate achievements. Deliver regular activity updates, dashboards and pipeline reports, and contribute to the communication of key initiatives and successes. Maintain strong relationships, build initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders : Programme directors, Country Managers, Alumni Association, Marketing, Programme coordination, Admissions. Validate past or current professional experiences Assist in sourcing Consulting Project opportunities Some international and national travel.



Profil

Required Skills and Qualifications You have leadership experience in MBA or post-Graduate Careers or Corporate Relations, International Business Development, Consulting, Talent Acquisition, Strategic Partnership or Recruitment. You have significant exposure to international business environments and cultures, are effective operating in multicultural environments and up-to-date on global employment and future of work trends for MBAs and experienced profiles.

You have an understanding and appreciation for MBA student and MBA employer career concerns, specifically on supporting career transition and repositioning for experienced profiles. You have excellent interpersonal, communication,influencing, and public speaking skills. You have proven your ability to initiate strategic partnerships, collaborate in a team and advise at executive levels.

You have strong organizational skills and demonstrated initiative, goal setting, follow-up and results delivery.
You handle all administrative work related to your role without secretarial support. You are a computer literate and self-sufficient user of databases and spreadsheets, CRM, Outlook.

Fluency in written and spoken English essential; Fluency in French is a distinct advantage.
Masters/MBA qualification. Familiarity with the world of higher education is desirable.
Experience of working in Careers or Corporate Relations for an MBA, Executive MBA or management/executive level strategic recruitment is a definite plus.
