IT Systems Admin

Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a team in designing, implementing, and supporting current and future systems.Perform technical tasks related to the installation and maintenance of server/desktop hardware and software.
• Configuration management of Windows and Linux systems using automated tools & scripts.
• Assist in maintaining various infrastructures services like VMWare, Active Directory, SQL server, Telephony, DNS, SAN storage, MDM, •Backups and replication.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues experienced by end-users.
• Review and assist with business continuity process and procedures.
• Lead and drive small projects to completion and participate in requirements gathering and definition.
• Interact with hardware vendors to assure timely resolution to any issues and make occasional data center visits.
• Create and maintain full documentation of all policies, practices, and installation procedures.
• Participate in on-call and emergency support of production systems and services.
