Overview of the role Be responsible for developing the overarching Marketing, Communications and Branding strategy for the holding company. Drive marketing and brand department by the planning and implementation of commercial processes, projects, and initiatives to maximize top and bottom-line results. Oversee preparation of marketing campaigns and apply efficient action-oriented, and innovative recommendations to drive sales and optimize costs. Actively work to improve processes through analyses and recommendations around business execution to C-level executives. Track performance of commercial operations changes because of marketing and branding campaigns.
Lead planning and execution of:
- Commercial Execution initiatives such as performance management (metrics, KPIs, etc.), sales funnel management and optimization, sales training, CRM, Sales Incentive Plan
- Value Expansion initiatives such as Contract management and optimization, pricing management and optimization
- Distributor excellence initiatives, including management and optimization (for selected types of boats) Also, assess branding impact and manage design contractors and objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Education : Bachelors Degree in Marketing and/ or Design
- Competencies:Strong planning and organizational skills, Strong team management and people skills, Excellent verbal and written communications, Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, High moral reputation, and proven integrity
- Experience :10+ years of experience in Marketing out of which at least 5 in Maritime
- Languages : English, Arabic is a plus
