Engineering Lab Manager

NEP is seeking an Engineering Lab Manager to help us manage the day-to-day activities of a global engineering organization. This individual will help coordinate various interactions between NEP, our customers, and our vendors. You will work closely with local teams as well as engineering managers throughout the world to help facilitate things like onsite visits, meetings, office space and more.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interactions between NEP and our customers/vendors
  
• Manage schedules and calendars for facilities, projects, teams, and people
  
• Coordinate logistics such as shipping equipment, travel arrangements, etc.
  
• Organize events and meetings for people visiting the office
  
• Collaborate with IT to ensure appropriate tools access for new team members
  
• Aid in the acquisition of supplies for engineering team
  
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop documents and presentations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in both English and Dutch
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Problem solving abilities to correct challenges as they occur
  
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at the same time
  
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Excellent customer service skills
