Requirements
Your key outputs include, but are not limited to the following:
KPI 1: Logistics administration
- Daily administration function feed all load data into computer database
- Responsible for the logistics dashboard which includes adding shipments
- Collecting and compiling tracking
- In performing the work responsibilities, the individual would need to consult with:
- To consult with: Logistics Team and Suppliers
- Sourcing quotes to ensure optimal cost savings and turn-around times
- Knowledge of incoterms is critical for you to communicate effectively with forwarders, brokers and suppliers and identify each person/entity s role in the process.
KPI 2: Product administration
- Daily administration function feed all load data into computer database
- Assisting the Product Manager team with the tracking of supplier deliveries and being informed on ETA s
- General administrative support to Product Manager Team
- In performing the work responsibilities, the individual would need to consult with:

Suppliers
KPI 3: Administration assistance to the Product Management team
- Secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support.
- Duties will include answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records
- Copying, Scanning and faxing documents
- Always well organised and detailed oriented
- Dealing with many deadlines that demand immediate attention.
Requirements
- A Diploma is Logistics
- Previous work experience with customs / obtaining quotations for cross border/international shipments essential
- ACCPAC an advantage
- Good Excel skills
- Able to multitask.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
