The Senior Project Manager leads, directs and coordinates the daily management of the assigned project(s). This leadership position is accountable for the overall performance of the project including costs, schedule, quality, project status, and adherence to company policies and procedures. More importantly, the Senior Project Manager will manage a successful team and help develop future construction professionals.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in a related field
- Minimum 5 years project management experience in ICI construction / commercial interior
- Highly experienced and proficient with MS Office, and email
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills must be able to manage multiple projects effectively, and able to complete competing priorities
Requirements Previous experience as a construction project manager minimum 5 years Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes Familiarity with CAD software Proficiency in MS Office Organizational and time-management skills Ability to lead and inspire Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field; Master s degree is a plus INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
