Electrical Project Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to be commercially responsible for a new build residential project in Uxbridge, West London from inception to completion. You will oversee the design, planning and managing of the site team on the installation.

This role is very flexible, and our client is open to someone that would like to come off the tools and into management or someone with further experience. Ideally, you will be living in West London or within a commutable distance as you will be based on site.

Established 40 years ago, our client is a large Mechanical and Electrical company, they are very focussed on the team element of the business, and no one gets left behind!

You will report into the Project Manager.

Our client is ready to move forward immediately with this role however understands that a notice period may be required.

This is a permanent position and will offer a salary of 50k+ for a less experienced manager or 65K - 75+ package, including car allowance, travel expenses etc.

Requirements

Experience in New build residential would be advantageous

NVQ level 3 Electrical Installation or similar

High level of knowledge in commercial and contractual issues in a project environment.

Ability to initiate and create project plans.

High level of attention to detail.

Organising supplies on site including labour and parts.

Problem solving skills.

Considers a range of options when looking for solutions.

Great communication skills both verbal and written.

IT skills
