Job Description
- Execute project management plans and processes for successful execution of projects
- Draft plans to deliver program to achieve required quality standard, on time
- Track on-boarding milestones, report and update progress against the plan
- Budget tracking and management reporting
- Management of on-boarding factory solution
- Recognize and resolve operational problems and minimize delays in the delivery of program
- Execute risk mitigation action plans to minimize risks
- Support implementation of program results to create targeted impact
- Act as a liaison between different project stakeholders
- Manage regional stakeholders commitments and planning related to on-boarding activities
- Connect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
