Job Description

- Maintain and publish weekly and monthly reports and metrics, which include, on time shipment performance and production status
- Verifies and annotates, on work documents, all associated costs (labor, material, subcontract, ) for each completed job
- Generates work orders, compiles and records production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production
- Receive work requests from customers
- Occasionally required to perform complex data entry tasks for which there are a moderate variation of formats and procedures
- Review, plan, estimate, and coordinate the efficient execution of Manufacturing work requests using MS Access Database/planning software
- Coordinate the purchasing of necessary materials, hardware and components, and the outsourcing of any manufacturing or required special processes
- Review hardware development schedules and work flow within the various work centers
- Generate electronic work orders/routers detailing the sequences required to meet Projects' Manufacturing requests and notes on the Customer’s drawings
- Communicate with engineers, project managers and section managers on cost and schedule
