Job Description
- Maintains physical access hardware
- Performs technical liaison duties for department, including the maintenance of applications, databases, PC hardware, software and application hardware
- Submits all requests to IT for service issues
- Responsible for weekly audits of associate hires, terminations, and transfers
- Runs reports and audits against Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
- Compiles reports for various departments on badge usage, Cardholder reports, IT quarterly audits, Fast-Pass and Report Exec
- Runs and reviews criminal background checks per guidelines for associates, contractors and temporary employees
- Assists with basic research
- Responsible for Iron Mountain Records Management process, utilizing spreadsheets to track record retention for various departments and coordinating document shredding
- Creating and issuing badges
