Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor onboarding process
- Review submitted PO/PR (includes ensuring proper GL coding)
- Receive and code invoices in Stampli and ACM
- Match invoices against existing PO/PR
- Propose weekly payments to the Treasury team
- Manage AP close which includes following up on invoices from vendors, recording accruals, and month-end reconciliation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Strong communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- A proactive, positive individual with attention to detail and comfortable multi-tasking on a daily basis
- Process-oriented and makes data-driven sound decisions
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work on a shifting schedule
