Key Qualifications

- Technical support experience with Apple products and services

- Preliminary knowledge in support live and virtual events, broadcast, Webex etc.

- English-language oral and written communications skills.

- Strong time management and organisational skills

- Desire and ability to work as part of a team; and be able to deliver constructive feedback

- Self-motivating with the ability to work independently and with little supervision

- Stay abreast of advances in technology

- Manage the team s incidents queue and action all incidents within the given SLA

- Provide on-site executive support for site leadership

- Support on-site and virtual events hosted in region - support the setup and preparation towards the event.

- Support site services such as printing, digital signage, conferencing booking systems and more.

Desired skills*

At least 5-year experience on Mac OS Support.
