Genesis Lab has a long history of engaged, productive employees, and we re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter or a Talent Acquisition Specialist to get the best talent for us. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and specifically in technical recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. The bulk of the role will involve screening, interviewing, assessing, hiring, onboarding and employee orientations.


We are eager to find a senior technical recruiter who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce.


Responsibilities

  • Technical recruitment (specifically IT recruitment)

  • Proficient job posting and advertisements on various job posting platforms

  • Experience and understanding of Linkedin

  • Experience in headhunting

  • Experience with application tracking systems

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes

  • Thorough understanding of human resource development principles

  • Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction

  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration

  • Handle confidential matters with discretion

  • Maintain management by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

  • Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary issues, grievances, absence and redundancy

  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.



Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Technical Recruitment

  • Understanding of labor laws

  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset

  • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems

  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
