Job Description
- Should have Diploma in Milling Technology / Wheat Milling Diploma.
- Graduates / Diploma in Food Science.
- Familiar with entire milling operation including Wheat elevators, Wheat Bins, blending repetition.
- Maximize milling efficiencies, Focusing on Adjustment, operation of cleaning house and mill equipment s.
- Assume responsibility for milling dept. including selecting of grains for milling, manufacturing the proper products on grade.
- Monitor the entire milling process and perform basic .
- Maintain sanitation standards, accordance to the policies, to provide for a safe and food safe work environment.
- Should be compute literate, soft spoken, able to handle and guide junior staff, asst. Millers and operators.
