Job Description
About us
Our client is a fast paced and growing company in FMCG. It is a national multi-site privately owned business with importing, warehousing and distribution of imported foods into some of Australia s best known stores.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager
- Best Practises and knowledge in S&OP
- Manage Order Planning with Sales and Warehouse Team
- Cross-check variances with price/costs of products
- Communicate with suppliers for order planning from shipment to delivery
- Coordinate with Imports Clearance Manger with general administration
- Coordinate with Warehouse/3PL and transport companies for delivery of containers/stocks to warehouse.
- Update SAP with stock/inventory with goods receipt and costs
Requirements
Qualifications & experience
- Current supply chain coordinator experience in an FMCG, Manufacturing or Warehouse Distribution related environment preferred. Strong focus on detail and ability to work as a part of a coordinated team.
- SAP experience a plus
