Fullstack Engineer (.NET + Frontend Library)

After four decades of experience in fulfilling the aspirations of millions of students, we are venturing into the ed-tech space to build India s most trusted, effective, and loved Ed-tech brand.

To achieve this, we are building an ed-tech vertical, which will function like a start-up within the existing company as we aim to disrupt the ed-tech market in India with innovative and carefully designed consumer (B2C) products.

What you ll be building

You will be among the first few engineers on our team to define and execute the vision for our B2B applications serving educational organizations.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Product development, Architecture, and Design
  
• Experience in building robust web servers with ASP.NET Core using C# (WebAPI + MVC).
  
• Implement and design user interface components for web applications using either Vue.js, React or Angular. We primarily use Vue.js with Nuxt framework & TypeScript.
  
• Proficient with restful API to connect web applications to back-end services.
  
• Experience in forming SQL queries with PostgreSQL and Oracle DB systems.
  
• Good understanding of caching systems like Redis and messaging brokers like Kafka.
  
• Have strong debugging and root cause analysis skills alongside data structures
  
• Are constantly learning and looking for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you
  
• Work in agile team environments and are a self-starter, conscientious member of the team
  
• Proficient in using Linux Bash commands.
  
• Proficient understanding of version control tools like Git.
  
• You are a pragmatic problem solver, knowing how to find the middle ground between perfect, but takes forever to code and fixes it now, but nobody will ever be able to understand what I did .
  
• Comfortable working on a macOS or Ubuntu OS system.
