Restaurant Supervisor

Reports in writing any significant occurrence during shift which could have a bearing on later production from the machine.

Embraces and adopts the 5s, power printing, ISO, and TPM methodologies.

Works with Lab to insure maximum quality and to make sure all necessary improvements can be made to optimize the production of the BPS.

Set up for process for quality inspection.

Able to analyses results of the bank notes being inspected.

Gather and build up statistical information for the banknotes being inspected.

Set up process for the serial number reading.

Follows bank note orders for specific jobs as required.

Working with the calibration, training sets and procedures.

Optimization of the parameters ( fine tuning).

Follow all S.O.P. that are related to the job.

Adheres to safe working practices at all times.

Education: Diploma in image processing, Diploma / Bachelor Electrical & Electronic (Or similar field)

Job Experience: 1 year

Able to communicate well in English

Shift Job : 6:45 am to 7pm / 6:45pm to 7am (8 hours Normal 4 hours OT) able to support Saturday or Sunday Overtime

Ability to problem-solve and understand complex systems.

Optical inspection systems added an advantage. (Quality control)

Able to understand technical systems

Advanced computer skills is required.

Able to use and understand the in-house Optical Inspection System.

Excellent in English to read and write, Able to use Microsoft Office
