Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving new incoming shipment, arrange delivery & collection shipment.
Monitor daily report, monthly audit, and prepare for any diversion or scrap to branches/hub.
Update the weekly or monthly status of shipment and defective unit.
Handle stock count on weekly and monthly basics.
Compile monthly billing report and arrange sending the original delivery notes to billing team.
Liaise with customers on any matters.
Compile proof of delivery s chop and sign daily.
And other ad-hoc assigned by superior
To handle all shipment documents
Overseeing all supply chain operations.
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least SPM or Diploma in Logistics/ Transport/ Supply Chain Management /Business Administration or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): SAP, SSC, ILMS, LTRS/SSS
Candidates must be willing to work at Section 26, Shah Alam.
