Responsibilities:
Ensure employee records are maintained, updated and accurate at all time.
Assist in daily HR operational matters
Ensures inter Department documentations are correctly managed
Process all claims related matters accurately and timely
Guide employees on matters related to HR Department
Escalate any issues on HR operations to Line Managers
Assist in visa matters
Coordinates all HR related initiatives / events
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Minimum academic qualification: Degree in HR Management / Business Management or equivalent
Minimum experience 3-5 years in Human Resources
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English verbal and written communications skills, with service mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task with attention to details and meet deadlines
Able to work in a team and individually when needed.
