Key Responsibilities:
Assisting incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectations.
To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
Proactively identify services and procedural which require improvement and make recommendations to the team leader in order to achieve team efficiency.
Perform cross selling & education on company products & services
Able to work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and participate in ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
At least Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Good business speaking English is pre-requisite. Able to converse in Mandarin is added advantage to take on the role.
Fresh graduate is encourage to apply and explore. Otherwise at least 1 year of working experience in the Customer Services is required for this position.
Portrait excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Capable to coordinate across functions and groups.
Willing to work on rotational shift basis.
