Software Business Analyst

This is a remote position.

We are hiring a software business analyst to join our project team. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, researching new software products/projects, documenting processes, and working with project managers and developers. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• At least one plus year of experience working as a business analyst. Bonus if you've worked on building SaaS products/projects.
  
• Researching new software (web/mobile apps) products and projects. Listing down queries based on your research. Interacting with clients to get validations.
  
• Working hand-in-hand with project development teams for drawing up project development roadmap.
  
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  
• Managing competing resources and task priorities.
  
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful outcomes.
  
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  
• Performing user acceptance testing.
  

Requirements

• A bachelor s degree in technology or a related field or an MBA.
  
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  
• Advanced technical skills.
  
• Excellent documentation skills.
  
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
  
• At least 1 year of working as a software business analyst.
