Performs responsible skilled office and accounting procedures in controlling parts and supplies for the Service process.
Essential Job Roles:
Forecast levels of spare parts demand.
Continuous spare parts orders process; keep a constant check on stock levels.
Conduct research to ascertain the best suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality.
Close follow up with suppliers, local and foreign, to assure timely orders delivery.
Liaise between suppliers and relevant internal departments and customers.
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.
Develop a purchasing strategy; produce reports and statistics.
Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial, technical factors, and best benefit for the organization.
Performs other duties as assigned, especially in inventory.
Skills
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma. B/A will be an added value
Good knowledge of MS office.
Ability to communicate fluently in English verbal and written
The ability to communicate in Arabic is a plus
Hard worker and self-motivated
Leadership skills.
Teamwork
At least 2 to 3 years experience in purchasing.
