We are looking for a Financial Reporting Consultant for our highly valued client, a boutique finance transformation and technology consultancy headquartered in the UK. Would you like the opportunity to lead our client through its next stage of growth? Would you like to work with market leading technologies? We are looking for Financial Reporting Consultants to join the team and deliver projects focused on Workiva.

As a Financial Reporting Consultant, you ll be responsible for supporting projects and workstreams, taking independent accountability for deliverables. You ll be expected to quickly add value to the projects, deliver to clients, applying your knowledge, skills, and experience to bring value to projects. You ll be supporting full end-to-end project lifecycles, managing requirements capture and contributing to solution design. You ll be at the forefront of our day-to-day work and your approach will include:
  • Team up with a client to get a thorough understanding of their needs
  • Provide customer demonstrations for existing and prospective clients for Workiva
  • solutions
  • Ensure successful delivery of solutions in strategic accounts via design excellence
  • Translate and transform existing solutions, spreadsheets and client requirements into solutions
  • design and implementation documentation
  • Serve as the architectural SME
  • Provide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates on time
  • Develop audience-appropriate model documentation
  • Participate in data integration and migration solutions
  • Participate and/or lead User Acceptance Testing and deployment


Requirements

  • A bachelor s degree, ideally with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Analytics is preferred
  • You have business consulting or implementation experience
  • You have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with SQL knowledge being a bonus
  • You always adopt a professional, diligent approach to all client facing engagements
  • You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • You have a desire to work with a dynamic and exciting team, with a roll-up your sleeves
