International Recruitment Consultant (finance / accounting / audit)

This is a remote job opportunity based out of the United Kingdom.

GateSource HR is an international recruitment and HR services company. We provide Finance, Accounting and Audit professionals with international career opportunities across the Americas, the Caribbean, Australia and New Zealand.

To support our international growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Dedicate your time to develop your client portfolio and network with candidates of all over the world.
  
• Gain market insight and develop your expertise to better assist your clients and candidates
  
• Identify and engage with high-level decision makers such as CEO s, CFO s, HR Directors to understand their recruitment and HR challenges and offer tailor-made solutions.
  
• Perform candidates searches using various methods (advertising, head-hunting, direct approach, social network engagement, etc.)
  
• Interview candidates, present shortlist to your clients
  
• Provide support and guidance to all parties during the entire process
  
• Maintain the company database updated with relevant business information

Requirements

• Graduated in Finance, Sales, Business or equivalent
  
• Some successful experience in B2B sales, consultancy, or recruitment environment
  
• Outgoing personality, driven, customer-oriented and business attitude
  
• Ability to recognize a commercial opportunity and to convert it
  
• Capacity to work independently and to provide feedback
  
• Excellent communication skills in English; skills in Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch or French are an added value
