Job Description:

Purpose of the role

To ensure our projects for 2023 are delivered on time and within budget.

Activities

• Working with the Digital Learning Manager, product owners and other team members to create and implement a high-level plan for each product
• Coaching our self-organising team
• Tracking activities against the plans ? reporting on issues as necessary
• Tracking spend against budget ? reporting on issues as necessary
• Sharing the leadership of our regular show & tells
• Leading sprint retrospectives

Skills required

Essential

• At least 5 years project management experience, within waterfall and agile environments
• At least 5 years experience working within online learning, specifically in course development
• Able to get into the detail while keeping hold of the big picture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? able to work with team members and stakeholders
• A pragmatic outlook ? able to get the best out of the team
• Confident in using IT-based project management and communication tools effectively
• Fluent in English

Desired

• Experience within the Not For Profit and Commercial sectors

• Experience with Smartsheet
