Job Purpose
The ideal candidates for this position will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce specialist (administrator, developer, integrator), and an interest in the FinTech space. You will be part of a team (10) with other specialists and report to the Head of Go To Market Technology to play an important part in developing and managing the online and direct Sales company platform.
The ideal candidates have experience working in a collaborative environment following an Agile Methodology and have a genuine interest and passion for the technology they use. They will also be joining an agile, young, international and innovative technical team that continuously keeps the platforms up to date with state-of-art technology and build industry-leading systems across the cloud.

Main responsibilities

  • Daily administration of Soldo Salesforce Org that supports online and direct Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Improve Lead and Sales process based on usage/need of the internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reporting and data needs to each functional team.
  • Helping boost the adoption and mentoring teams on how to use Salesforce to improve data quality.
We re looking for someone who has
Experience
  • Experience in Salesforce user management, roles and permission configuration
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration including triggers and flows
  • Technical proficiency with Apex coding and SOQL language, Visualforce pages and Aura components
  • Experience in managing and enabling Salesforce integrations with external tools
  • Data analytics expertise, strong attention to detail and data quality with the ability to visualize data for consumption creating reports and dashboards
  • Proficiency with debugging and troubleshooting in Salesforce

Attributes
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 3 years of experience
  • Master of Science in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and sales processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships within your own team, department and the wider business
  • Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)
  • Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and most common supporting tools (Jira)
