The female Business & operations Coordinator who will be responsible for providing high-level support primarily to the senior leadership team assists with business functions that ensure smooth support in a service-oriented, efficient, and effective manner while being solution-focused and responsive, demonstrating the ability to lead and carry out streamlined processes to the benefit of the entire operations with Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Enjoys implementing structure, managing timelines, and planning. Proven track record of excellent follow through Adapts to the demands of the situation; forward thinking and anticipates needs, Resourceful and dependable


Requirements

Qualification & skills

  • Tech savvy pleasant smart Female
  • Graduate with good Communication & business writing skills
  • Good in excel & all computer skills
  • Quick learner, with ability to self-teach
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and communications skills with attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team player and highly collaborative
  • Any of the following experience would be a plus: event planning, meeting management, database management, CRM, marketing communications, copy writing/editing, office management (or related skills)
  • Duties include support tasks by conducting research, preparing reporting, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings and travel arrangements. Manage the meeting calendar & process with feedback. Prepare and share the meeting report with team. Serve as staff liaison and primary contact for communications to management. Circulation of meeting agendas, slides, and creation of presentations. Serve as a staff liaison, co-liaison, and back up
