Quality Technician

We are presently recruiting for a Quality Technician for our clients, an Engineering company in County Limerick. You will come with 3 years experience and will be responsible for Carryout inspections, process controls and audits. You will have a strong IT skills and will Ensure compliance with national and international standards

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out and validating quality inspections
  
• Assist with incoming inspections, process controls/audits.
  
• Accurately storing finished goods, samples and completing quality records.
  
• Support the day to day running of the Quality Management System.
  
• Conduct or assist in internal audits
  
• Responsible for the implementations of ISO and BRC Standards.
  
• Monitor the 6S
  
• Dealing with customer complaints, ensuring that all relevant documents and traceability are completed.
  
• Training other personnel in quality related issues in conjunction with the HR Department.
  

Qualifications and experiences:

• Certificate in Quality Assurance or equivalent
  
• 3years experience
  
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control.
  
• excellent organisational and time management skills
  
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 would be an advantage
  

This is a full time position. Located in West Limerick, the plant is ideally suited for people commuting County Limerick, North Cork and North County Kerry. Salary is in the region of 34,000. For further information please email me directly at [email protected]
