Job Description
We are currently working with an International Asset Manager who are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to join their team in Dublin.
Role Duties Include:
- General administrative duties
- Office management duties
- Travel management for senior employees
- Diary management for senior employees
- Expense management for senior employees
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
- Excellent IT Skills (proficiency in MS Office is required: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills and professional telephone manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
