To further grow our business, we require a sales team leader, to provide our new and existing customers with the highest level of customer service. As a team leader you will report into the Sales Manager, you ll be responsible for managing and developing a growing team. You ll have responsibility for monitoring KPI s ensuring profitability and driving sales. The role is based in our Birmingham City Office.
Key Responsibilities.
You will have the following skills experience and attributes.
At least three years solid experience in Telesales.
Must have excellent communication and motivation skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must have some team leading experience and be comfortable managing a team of up to eight staff.
Take responsibility for teams performance, supporting with coaching and mentoring.
Provide support with statistical data, daily, weekly, and monthly.
Be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills and building relationships.
Be driven by achieving results.
