The company offers a wide range of engineering services for the automotive industry, giving support to OEM and Tier 1/2 suppliers.
The main goal of the position is to reinforce the company, foster the growth for the next years and offer a top-quality service.
As Sales & Operations Manager, you will oversee the whole operations supervising a team of 60 people in Germany. The ideal candidate will be a person with some experience in sales, still at the beginning of his professional career willing to develop his/her management skills and develop himself in a management role.
SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER m/f/d (GERMANY)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the West Europe Regional Manager, the Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing overall operations, ensuring profitability in the whole county, and the coordination of operations, administration, and sales.
Developing the business strategy and annual planning to achieve company sales goals, identifying specific market and consumer needs to support concept and selling activities in the country.
Representing the company at senior levels within the customer base to ensure that relationships are maintained and enhanced, building up and managing new customer relations and developing the existing ones though generation of sales that meet and exceed target metrics
Monitoring monthly financial statement, ensuring its completion, accuracy and on time delivery, developing and submitting performance and progress reports to company headquarters.
Check, manage and optimize costs for the whole company processes.
3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, performing sales roles ( i.e Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager).
Technical Degree in Business, Engineering or related.
Ability to understand profit and financial reports.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English.
Availability to travel.
Possibility of home office.
