Job Description
Req ID : 1641147
- Review project specifications, BOQ, and drawings and sorted according to the scope of works prior to sending RFQ.
- Determination of Materials, finishes, equipment, and supplies requirements.
- Conduct industry research to identify potential suppliers.
- Contact suppliers/vendors by sending RFQs during tenders and execution of projects and collect Quotations for further evaluation.
- Responsible for materials evaluation by preparing technical & cost comparisons and qualifications as per contractual specifications.
- Prepare Material Purchase requests for the project requirements.
- Monitor shipment and delivery for the materials ordered.
- Prepare close-out submission on projects during close-out stage.
